Data entry is the process of inputting information into a computer system for organization and management. It’s a fundamental task for those using having Pastel Accounting and haven’t captured invoices, payments or receipts for purposes of reporting and managing their FY transactions
The exercise is done either at the clients place or our premises. however, Non-Discloser Agreements are signed to ensure privacy is maintained.
Inventory
Often data is acquired from external sources such as excel or hard copies. We ensure stock is well place with balances accurately set.
Transaction Processing
- Recording customer invoices and payments
- Managing supplier invoices and payments
Financial Reporting
Generating financial statements and custom reports such as TB, BS, IS,etc.
Terms
- 50% down payment is required before start and balance at completion.
- The prices and timeline is dependent on the volume of the task.
