Ten Times Micro Solutions is a Zambian based IT Service Consultancy with vast experience in Accounting Software supply, Support as well as hands on training. Established in 2012 with the purpose of providing Unrivalled IT Technical Support, and Consultancy Services to other companies, charities and government agencies.

2. In-House Training: If you have existing software, we offer hands-on refresher training to ensure your team is fully equipped to use it effectively.
3. Implementation: If you have purchased software from another vendor, we can supplement the implementation, working closely with the vendor to deliver a successful project.
4. Technical Support Services: We offer annual support services, which include phone, message, and email consultations for any inquiries or issues.
